Legends warranties differ depending on the product line. If a particular product is missing warranty information on the website please contact us to confirm the details before purchase.
Returns and Replacement Policy
Before returning any goods please contact us on 07 5570 2874. We will lodge an RA request on your behalf and provide instruction on how to return the goods.
Please always mail the item as Registered Post and email sales@cheapmemory.com.au after you post the item with the following info:
- Tracking number
- Date of post
There is a $16.60 restocking fee for allunwanted orders.
You can pay the replacement fee via Money Order (at post office) or Cheque. If paying via Cheque or Money order, please mail with the item.
If mailing your return to Aplus Technology, Please write the cheque out to Aplus Technology.
If mailing your return to Cheap Memory Australia, Please write the cheque out to Cheap Memory Australia.
Warranty Claims
DEFECTIVE products can be returned directly to Cheap Memory within the designated warranty period from the invoice date, at Cheap Memory's discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. Cheap Memory will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage . Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.
If a product claimed as defective is proved to be functional a $20.00+GST testing fee is applicable for each item
