Payment
Payment for goods on this site will be accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Direct Depost, Postal Order and Cheque.
If you would prefer to pay by credit card over the telephone, please select the "Direct Deposit/Cheque" option at the checkout and then telephone +61 7 5570 2874 with your order number and payment method.
We will also accept cheques by post which must be received prior to the goods being despatched. All cheques should be made payable to Edesign International
Limitation Of Liability And Warranty
All items offered for sale on this site have been displayed with the pictures and text supplied by the manufacturer. Whilst every effort is made to verify this information, mistakes can occur for which Cheap Memory cannot accept any liability.
If however, this effects the use of your purchase, we will be happy to exchange any item as detailed in the return and refunds section within Store Policies.
Warranty for all items remains with the manufacturer however we would appreciate you contacting us first should any item purchased be defective in any way.
Returns Policy
To return goods, For Computer Memory returns, If you did not send in a Enquiry Form, we can not accept the memory back. If you did send in an Memory Enquiry Form and for all other returns, please call 07 5570 2874 or Fill in the Return Form. Returns may not be accepted without a valid order number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order:
- customer name,
- order number
- and the reason for the return.
When posting the return after talking to us, Please always mail the item as Registered Post and email sales@cheapmemory.com.au after you post the item with the following info:
- Tracking number
- Date of post.

Transfer of Title
All good remain the property of Cheap Memory until paid for in full. Where cheques have been received as payment, payment in full shall be regarded as the time when our bank has verified the cheque to have cleared through the normal banking system.
